Our prices are in American dollars for United States ($US) and in Canadian dollars for Canada ($CAN).
Return and exchange
Every Eddy 91 Inc. tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory. It is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and material for the period of six ( 6 ) months from the date of original purchase.
Should any trouble develop during this six ( 6 ) month period, return the complete tool, freight prepaid, to one of Eddy 91 Inc. authorized service centers. If the inspection shows the trouble to be caused by defective workmanship or material, Eddy 91 Inc. will repair or replace it without charge.
- This warranty does not apply:
- Where normal maintenance is required
- Repairs have been made or attempted by non-authorized personnel
- The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained
- Alterations have been made to the tool
IN NO EVENT SHALL EDDY 91 INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES BOTH DURING AND AFTER THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY.
The Eddy 91 Inc. warranty is the only and the entire written warranty given by Eddy 91 Inc. tools. No dealer or his agent or employee is authorized to extend or enlarge upon this warranty by any verbal or written statement or advertisement.
Eddy 91 Inc. disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY ‘’AND FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE’’, after the six ( 6 ) months term of this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific rights. The provisions contained in this warranty are not intended to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim or exclude any warranties set forth in any provincial or state legislation. To the extent required by law, the provision in any provincial or federal legislation with respect to warranties takes precedence over the provisions in this warranty.
